The Butter Made Shop currently only ships to the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virginia Island, and any other U.S. territories and U.S. Military bases. The Butter Made Shop also ships to Canada. Customers are responsible for all customs and duties fees.
The Butter Made Shop does not currently ship to any other international countries.
Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of placing your orders. Once your order has been shipped, we will update your order status with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.

All orders are will be shipped with tracking information, thus you will be able to see your estimated delivery date. Please plan accordingly to receive your package. The Butter Made Shop is not responsible for any misplaced or stolen packages that are left in an unsecured address you provided.
Refunds & Exchanges
Because of the nature of our products, and safety and contamination concerns, we are not able to resell any item after it leaves our shelves, thus, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

By purchasing our items, you agree to the terms of our refund policy. If you believe your product is damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide an address for you to send your damaged or defective items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of approving your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
